New special event venue in Berlin
Berlin’s Kreuzberg district can boast a new event venue now that the 650 m² depot in the former Army bakery in the heart of Kreuzberg has opened its doors for special events and functions. Brisbane expandsQueensland State Premier, Anna Bligh has announced Laing O’Rourke as the appointed builder of the $130 million expansion of the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. Construction will commence at the end of June on the site adjacent to the existing centre, with the five level expansion ready for opening in 2011. more |
